The drone racing community is abuzz as MultiGP, the world’s largest professional drone racing league, unveils its 2025 eSport season, featuring two premier events: the Pro Spec Wild Card Race and the Velocidrone Racing League (VRL) XI.
Pro Spec Wild Card Race: Your Gateway to the PRO SPEC Championship
Designed by renowned track architect Stefan Luteijn, also known as T-Bone, the Pro Spec Wild Card eSport Track is now live. From January 3rd to January 26th, pilots globally can compete by uploading their best three consecutive lap times to the official leaderboard. The top 48 pilots will earn invitations to the Pro Spec Wild Card Race on February 2nd, which will be live-streamed by MultiGP. The victor of this high-stakes race will secure a coveted spot in the 2025 Pro Spec Championship.
Participation Requirements:
- Track Name: 2025 MultiGP Pro Spec Arena
- Drone: Exclusively the MultiGP Pro Spec Drone
- Registration: Purchase a $5 ticket
Note: Only pilots with a valid ticket and using the Pro Spec Drone will be included in the final ranking.

Velocidrone Racing League XI: A Season of Intense Competition
The Velocidrone Racing League (VRL) XI, presented by MultiGP, is set to commence in January 2025. This season promises heightened excitement with a structured format:

Stage 1: Individual Racing (January 1st – January 31st): Open and free for all pilots, this stage allows participants to showcase their skills. Notably, the top three finishers will receive complimentary tickets (valued at $50) to the team stage.

Stage 2: Team Racing (Starting in February): Pilots aiming to join team racing must participate in at least one of the free individual competitions.
The inaugural race, the Open Class Cup, is scheduled for Saturday, January 4th. Pilots are encouraged to join promptly to secure their positions.
