🎟️ New! MultiGP Chapter Payments Now Live on RaceSync

We’re thrilled to announce one of the most requested features by the MultiGP community is finally here: RaceSync now offers a built-in ticketing and payment system!
You asked — we listened. 🙌

Organizers can now create race tickets, collect race fees, and receive payments directly through the RaceSync platform by simply connecting their Chapter to a PayPal account. It’s a game-changer for simplifying race management and keeping everything in one place!

How It Works

Step 1: Connect Your PayPal Account
Chapter Organizers can now connect their PayPal accounts directly from the Chapter management screen by selecting Manage → Enable Payments and pressing Connect to PayPal.
Follow the PayPal setup screens and return to RaceSync when you’re finished.

✅ Once connected, your Chapter will display a Payments Enabled status.

Step 2: Enable Payments for Your Race
When creating or managing a race, simply navigate to Manage → Update Info.
If Payments are enabled for your Chapter, you’ll now see the option to set a Race Fee.

• Set your race fee in USD. (A fee of $0 disables PayPal payments for that race.)

• Change fees anytime — ideal for early bird discounts!

• Pilots who have already paid won’t be asked for additional payment.

Step 3: Pilots Pay Directly Through RaceSync
Pilots will see a clear Pay [Amount] USD button when signing up.
Once payment is complete, their status updates to Paid automatically.

Step 4: View and Manage Payments
Organizers can view all transactions by clicking the new Payments tab inside each race view.

• Amount Paid: Total the pilot was charged.

• Amount Received: Net amount received after PayPal and RaceSync fees.

Note: Refunds are handled manually through your PayPal account. RaceSync will improve refund tracking in future updates.

Transparent Fees

• RaceSync platform fee: $0.50 + 3.5% per transaction.

• PayPal fees also apply, based on their standard rates.

All payments are directly between pilots and organizers — RaceSync simply facilitates the process securely.
