Build Requirements

The 2024 Spring GQ requires these 2 flags to be stand alone flags. 
These 2 flags can not be mounted on the hurdle or gate.

For the second gate and flag combo you are allowed to use a stand alone flag, OR a flag on the corner of the gate.
