MultiGP News 1: Clone Wars”, Regional Series Update, What is Drone Racing?

MultiGP is proud to share with you its first episode of MultiGP News, a news program devoted to drone sports. MultiGP News will be your weekly news source for all things FPV. Join Chris Thomas as he covers the topics and stories that happen in the drone sports world, from event recaps and lists of future events to community topics that are currently being discussed. If it happens in our FPV culture, MultiGP News will be there to cover the story.

In this first episode, Chris explains the format for MultiGP News: five segments covering various aspects of the FPV culture. In the first section, called the “Morning Quad”, Chris will briefly discuss four current topics relating to drone sports. Section two will focus on large competition series, such as the MultiGP 2017 Regional Series, and will follow the action all the way to the 2017 National Championship. The next section will dive deeper into a current topic that the community has been discussing; “Clone Wars” will be the topic for this first episode. Join one of our reporters, Jesse Friedman, as he goes in search of opinions from the community on this galvanizing topic. MultiGP news fourth section will contain Chris’s closing thoughts and highlights of upcoming events, such as the first ever Collegiate Drone Racing Championship, hosted by Purdue University. The final section of the episode will be the crash of the week, which needs no explanation!
